Photo 46/52: Growing up

December 1, 2014 By Katrina

46-52-C46-52-B

I think any parent who takes photos of their kids inevitably comes across a picture every now and then that makes them stop and wonder, “When did she (or he) get so big?” For me with Beany, this is one of those photos. I don’t know if it’s the posture, the expression or that ponytail, but every time I look at this picture I’m reminded that she’ll soon be leaving toddlerhood behind and running to the next phase as fast as she can.

And look at our boy! He’s certainly not a big kid yet, but he’s almost 9 months old and getting into anything and everything within reach. Standing and grabbing, those are his two favorite things. Oh, and crawling backwards. He can crawl backwards like a pro.

XO,
Katrina
