There are so many fun things already around your house that you can use to wrap presents, and I think these cupcake trees are a fun example of that. Cupcake liners, paper straws and baker’s string — that’s all you need!

Cupcake Trees
What you’ll need:
- brown craft paper
- cupcake liners
- baker’s string
- paper straws
- glue
How to do it:
Wrap the present in brown craft paper, and tie a piece of baker’s string on it so a line runs horizontally and vertically around the package.
Use three cupcake liners to make the tree. Fold the first one in half for the bottom layer. Fold the second one in half, and then fold in the edges a bit on both sides to make the second layer. Then fold the third one in half and then in half again to make the top layer.
Glue all of the layers of the tree together one on top of the other, and then glue the tree on top of the package (I used hot glue). Cut a small piece from a paper straw, and glue that on as the tree’s trunk. Top the tree with happy bow (for the bow-making tutorial, click here).
