8/52

February 26, 2016 By Katrina

Toddler Boy PuddlePreschool Girl OutsideThe 52 Project, 8/52:

Bear: The older he gets, the more we see the strong-willed little boy he’s becoming. He wants to do everything his sister does — he just doesn’t want her telling him how to do it. So he’ll happily watch as she jumps and squeals and splashes in puddles. Then when he feels like it — and only when he feels like it — he’ll do some splashing, too.

Beany: Every age and every stage can be good if you let yourself enjoy it, but something about Beany at 4 is magic. She’s so imaginative, always pretending and talking to friends that only she can see. This photo was mid-conversation with Ariel, who came with us on our outside adventure “because she just loves puddles because they make her remember the water, and she loves the water.”
